We at CEPL perform flow assurance studies for various processing facilities. A flow assurance study was carried out for the Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) facility by simulating the same and performing hydraulic checks. Line adequacy checks were carried out concerning velocity and pressure drop criteria. It was observed that the pump suction, pump discharge, vapor lines, and flare header are adequately sized and hence flow assured for the same.
